VRVE makes it easy to track your calories but and at the same time provide you with balanced nutrition, which is ideal to control hunger-cravings. We recommend replacing 1-2 meals per day combined with an exercise routine if you want to lose weight.

Yes, all VRVE products are made using gluten-free ingredients. Be mindful that our products are made in a facility that processes products containing gluten, and may therefor have traces of gluten. Rest assured, we do routine batch testing to confirm our gluten-free claims.
Our Alternative range is plant-based, therefor dairy-free and contains no traces of lactose.
Our Classic range is dairy-based and is made from premium New Zealand grass-fed whey protein.
Our Classic range contains premium New Zealand grass-fed whey protein which is made from milk products and contains lactose. Our Alternative range is allergen free. Please note that all our products are manufactured in a facility that also process products made from milk, wheat, soy and nuts. We do undertake routine batch testing to ensure the safety of our products.

The shelf life of VRVE Powder is 24 months from date of production. We try to send out product with as long as possible before the best before date to give you enough time to consume, however this does depend on levels of stock. If you’re concerned that you will not use the product before the best before date, please reach out to us so that we can help. As a start, please read our Refunds and Returns Policy.
For domestic orders, you should expect your VRVE delivery within 5-7 business days (3 business days for express shipping).

If you have changed your mind about the product, please contact us to initiate a return. You must return the product to us at your own expense within 14 days of receiving it. Our team will guide you through the process. Upon receipt, inspection, and determination that the product is in a saleable condition, we will offer store credit.
