Returns and Refunds Policy
At VRVE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any issues with your meal replacement products, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Change of Mind
If you have changed your mind about the product, please submit a return request in our VRVE store. You must return the product to us at your own expense within 14 days of receiving it. Our team will guide you through the process. Upon receipt, inspection and determination that the product is in a saleable condition, we will offer store credit.
Damaged Goods or Incorrect Order
We apologise if you have received a damaged or incorrect item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide details of the issue, including photos. Our team will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label. Upon receipt, we will either replace the item with the original product or offer store credit.
Exclusions
This policy does not apply to products that have been opened, used, or have exceeded their expiration date.
